The Swiftlift is designed to assist in the tilt-up and lifting of concrete panels. When the clutch is engaged to the lifting anchor and pressure is applied, meaning disengaging the clutch is impossible. This assuring the Precaster of safely lifting the panel. The placement of the lifting clutch must be made by hand.
