Q: Do all goods come with a guarantee or warranty?
All products sold on www.rangerindustrial.com.au come with a manufacturers guarantee or waranty in accordance with design or Australian Standards, for a specific item guarantee or waranty please contact Ranger by email at sales@rangerindustrial.com.au. No guarantees will be offered by Ranger Industrial of its supplier for good not used in accordance with design or Australian Standards. The purchaser shall be responsible for determining the fitness of goods sold by Ranger for the purpose for which they are intended and acknowledges that Ranger is not aware of that purpose and that he/she has not relied on Ranger's advice.
Q: How do I check my order status?

Q: Will I be charged extra shipping costs for partial shipments?
No. You are charged the quoted shipping charge on the first shipment. You are not charged for additional shipments of the order.
Q: I'm not happy with something about my order. What do I do?
Call us on (02) 9679 9944 if you are unsatisfied in any way with a product you ordered from Ranger. Ranger will arrange a prompt replacement for any defective product, and do our best to resolve any other issues you may have.
Q: Can you guarantee the date of delivery?
We take all efforts to deliver the goods to our customer on time. In cases where delivery may be delayed, we sincerely apologise to our customers and re-assure them that such conditions occur rarely. However, Ranger use independant couriers and cannot guarantee the date of delivery. For assured delivery on the specified date, please order at least a week in advance.
Q: Will my credit card number be kept confidential?
Your Credit Card details are delivered over a secure line giving you reassurance in your transactions. No credit card details are stored by our system, we only store an incomplete version of your credit card number that is encrypted also, for ultimate security against fraud and other unauthorised access.
Q: How do I make payment?
We accept varying payment methods including Visa and Mastercard, as well as Bank Cheque and Bank Deposit (EFT). Once payment has been received in full and funds have cleared, we will ship you order(s) immediately.
