Refund Policy

At Ranger Industrial customer satisfaction is our goal.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately on (02) 9679 9944 - Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. so we can promptly resolve it for you. Ranger does not refund any purchases on www.rangerindustrial.com.au, that were an incorrect choice of purchase by the customer or if the customer changes his/her mind about the product/s purchased. However if an item is faulty or damaged, Ranger will offer a full merchandise refund for goods purchased on www.rangerindustrial.com.au. Ranger must be notified within 5 days of reciept of faulty or damaged products by the customer.  Products must be returned to Ranger within 14 days for a refund to be given. Merchandise must be returned used, in new condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Under no circumstances will Ranger Industrial will be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind arising in connection with the use or inability to use such products.

Special Cases

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
